Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a long standing manufacturer in the Bradford area as they look to add a Production Manager to support their busy manufacturing shift on nights.

Duties of the Nights Production Manager:

• Managing the Production Operatives to ensure the production schedule is adhered to
• Drive production output to ensure the machinery is being run to it’s optimum capacity
• Co-ordinate labour across the machinery to ensure it is monitored, maintained and running
• Ensuring Health & Safety standards are being met by all Operators
• Troubleshooting and rectifying production issues quickly
• Ensuring quality criteria is being met

To be considered for the role of Nights Production Manager:

• Experience of managing a production shift in a manufacturing – 10 – 50 headcount
• A mechanical mindset to troubleshoot basic machinery issues
• Proven examples of driving HSE standards – IOSH qualification a benefit
• Be immediately available and open to working nights
