Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Non Executive Chair to join their team.

Location: Lincolnshire, UK

Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent, Approximately 3-4 days per month

They are seeking an exceptional individual to join their Board as a Non-Executive Chair, to offer strategic insight and drive as the business continues on its ambitious growth path to £100M turnover. They are the market leader within a highly transactional, marketing-led environment and they are always keen to leverage the benefits of new technologies including AI.

Non Executive Chair – The Role:

They are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background within a fast-paced, high growth, marketing-led and highly transactional organisation to assume the role of Non-Executive Chair. As a key member of our client’s leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of the business and ensuring its effective governance.

Non Executive Chair - Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strong and ethical leadership as the Non-Executive Director of the Board

- Collaborate with fellow Directors to set the strategic vision and goals of the charity

- Oversee and enhance the governance framework, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

- Act as a liaison between the Board and the management team, facilitating effective communication and decision-making

Non Executive Chair - You:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast growing, highly transactional business

- Strong understanding of Marketing strategies

- Experience of integrating AI/technology to drive growth

- Previous experience in a NED/Chair role is highly desirable

- Strong understanding of best governance practices

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire others

- Excellent communication and advocacy abilities

- A collaborative and adaptable mindset with the capacity to work effectively as part of a team
