Academics is currently recruiting passionate and caring Nursery Assistants and Early Years Practitioners to support welcoming nurseries across the Ellesmere Port area.

The Role

As a Nursery Assistant / Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years
Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Assist with age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Support children's emotional, social, and educational development
Assist with daily routines, care needs, and indoor/outdoor activitiesRequirements

Previous experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Good communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of the EYFS curriculum is desirable
Level 3 Early Years qualification is highly desirable
