Salary £34,000 - £36,000 Pro Rata + Benefits

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join a dedicated clinical team delivering high-quality, compassionate care at a major client site.

In this part-time role, you will play a key part in supporting employee health and wellbeing through a proactive, professional approach. The role requires strong clinical skills, particularly in assessing and managing minor illness and injury, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external healthcare professionals.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing health surveillance and managing clinical escalations from Occupational Health Technicians

• Offering professional advice, support, and guidance to employees

• Assessing new clients presenting to Occupational Health

• Evaluating fitness for work in line with job role requirements

• Conducting clinical assessments for minor illness and injury

• Supporting the Senior OH Advisor in monitoring and developing clinical standards

• Ensuring ongoing compliance with clinical best practices

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Nurse (Part 1) with active NMC registration

• Previous Occupational Health experience (essential)

• Strong clinical background, ideally with A&E or intensive care experience

• Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation

• Effective communication and organisational skills

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Occupational Health

• Occupational Health Diploma (desirable)
