Our client is seeking a talented Office Administrator to join their vibrant team on a part-time basis. Position: Office Administrator
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: London, W1
Working Pattern: Part Time (22 hours per week) - Office-based

### Key Responsibilities:

As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive Support: Assist the team with daily operations and report directly to Management and the Group Operations Manager to implement office practises.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise and manage diaries for weekly resourcing meetings, monthly team meetings, and business development discussions. You'll also arrange team socials and client events! ?
  • Documentation: Take meeting minutes when necessary and format reports and presentations to ensure clear communication.
  • System Management: Engage with internal systems, including the office project database, online timesheets, and expenses to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Financial Support: Assist with basic financial activities such as logging expenses, handling monthly invoicing, and tracking budgets (no accounting qualifications required!). ??
  • Supplies Management: Ensure that all office supplies and equipment are readily available, including kitchen, bathroom, cleaning products, and stationery. ???
  • Premises Liaison: Support Management with office-related matters, liaising with building management as necessary.
  • CRM Usage: Be a key user of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, assisting with data entry and driving business development activities.
  • HR Support: Help with HR matters for the London team, including onboarding new starters, maintaining training records, and tracking leave calendars. ??

### What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
  • Experience in office administration or a similar role is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic financial tasks is desirable
