Job Description - Office Coordinator

OFFICE COORDINATOR

Salary: £20 per hour

Hours: Part Time (Mon-Fri) (08:00-12:00)

Location: Manchester City Centre (Fully office-based)

Contract: 3 Month FTC

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and organised Office Coordinator to join a supportive team in a newly renovated Manchester City Centre office. This part-time, fully office-based role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a people-focused environment, and wants to make a real difference each day.

You'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting the Office Manager, and helping with an exciting office relocation project. This is a great opportunity to be part of a welcoming workplace that values inclusion, flexibility, and collaboration.

What You'll Do
  • Be the go-to person for office-related queries and support.

  • Greet visitors and manage sign-ins with warmth and professionalism.

  • Liaise with building management on facilities and maintenance issues.

  • Oversee deliveries and manage stock of office supplies.

  • Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records.

  • Ensure health and safety standards are met and documented.

  • Help plan social events and charity initiatives.

  • Keep communal spaces tidy and welcoming.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a similar office or administrative role.

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other basic software.
