Oncology Pharmacist - Private - Part time considered

• Job Title: Oncology Pharmacist - Private Hospital
• Location: Near Cambridge (free on-site parking)
• Duration: Minimum 2 months, with strong chance of extension
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (either 8:30–4:30 or 9:00–5:00, 30-minute lunch) – part-time considered (minimum 3 days/week)

Join our client's team as an Oncology Pharmacist and play a crucial role in supporting patients receiving cancer treatments. In this role, you will:

• Verify and clinically check SACT prescriptions

• Release chemotherapy and supportive treatments

• Offer professional advice to patients undergoing oncology care

• Collaborate with an experienced technician and assistant on-site

• Work independently on-site with access to remote pharmacist support

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience verifying SACT prescriptions

• Proven oncology pharmacy experience (essential)

• BOPA Passport (desirable but not essential)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a clinical team

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

This is an on-site only role (no hybrid or remote working) requiring availability from Monday to Friday. Part-time applicants (minimum 3 days/week) will be considered, ideally covering Mondays and/or Fridays. The initial contract is for 2 months, with a strong chance of extension based on service needs.
