Job Description - Operations Executive

We are looking for a part time Operations Executive to join a financial company based in Chelmsford. You will need to be highly accurate and have the ability to work in a numerical role, due to the industry.

The role will be based on a 32 hour, 4 day week, who would suit someone that is looking for some flexibility in their work week! Starting salary will be circa £13ph.

Duties include:

Producing reports for annual reviews
Producing certificates and letters for advisors
Booking appointments with clients
Writing up recommendations
Other general admin tasks

Skills needed:

Good numerical skills
Ability to write client facing material
Some financial services understanding ideal
Ability to use Microsoft systems including Excel
Ideally able to work with back office systems eg. Intellifo
