Opticians Receptionist

Our client is a 'very high end’ bespoke opticians. Through continued growth they are looking to recruit a part time receptionist in their showroom.

Hours are 19 per week. Mon, Tues or Fri (flexible on the day) 9 - 5.30, Thursday 1.30 - 5.30 and Saturday 9 - 5

Looking for someone who will be able to cover staff holidays.

The ideal person will have exceptional presentation AND enjoy giving great customer service.

Daily tasks will be -

Meeting all new patients booking in for their eye appointment.

Booking new future appointments

Looking after the patient and help to choose frames, lenses etc

Checking patient history and putting onto system

Completing documentation

Full training will be given
