Axon Moore have teamed up with a successful and growing private investment business who are looking for a Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives under pressure, enjoys a challenge, and is ready to learn quickly.
The role:

Provide direct support to the MD, managing a wide range of tasks with shifting priorities
Handle urgent and sometimes high-level work — alongside basic but essential admin tasks
Assist with document preparation, digital archiving, and general office organisation
Liaise across multiple sectors and businesses, gaining exposure to varied industries
Stay calm under pressure, juggling multiple requests and last-minute deadlines

Experiences we are looking for:

Highly adaptable with a ‘can-do’ attitude and strong attention to detail
Comfortable with everything from executive-level communications to filing paperwork
Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable, able to handle sensitive information professionally
Hungry to learn, grow, and take ownership in a role that changes day-to-day
Ideally early in your career, looking for hands-on experience and responsibility
