Panoramic Associates have partnered with a Local Authority in the East of England on an exclusive basis in their search for an Interim Parking Solutions Parking Manager to deliver the Council's parking solutions policy.

The Council is looking to improve the parking service through various schemes, some of which include some verge hardening in some areas for the creation of new parking. The council has recently formulated a policy that can help setting up the criteria to identify these priority sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritise the changing demand for additional parking areas and deliver projects within the scope of the policy that offers value for money and delivers within the specified budget.
• Carry out site visits, applying the policy to create a short list and a project programme to present to the Strategic Leadership Team and Members.
• Produce briefs and develop plans for schemes to ensure adherence to wider Council policies.

Essential Requirements:

• Project management experience with sound budget management and some parking construction project experience..
