Role: School Office Assistant
Location: Near to Romford

Rate: £14 per hour
Schedule: Tuesdays & Fridays, 8am to 4pm

Start Date: September | With the option to start earlier for training before the summer break
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
DBS Required: Yes
Availability: Immediate Start

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answering phones and managing emails
• Data entry and working with basic spreadsheets
• Supporting with admissions, referrals, enquiries, and sending out invites
• Taking ownership of small projects
• Being the friendly, reactive face of the office

The Ideal Candidate:

• DBS on file or willing to have a DBS completed
• Previous experience in office administration essential
• Excellent communicator - written and verbal
• Keen eye for detail, punctual and organise
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills
• High level organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work as both a team member and in a stand-alone position
• Strong initiative and proactive working manner
• Able to manage complex processes using initiative and taking responsibility
