Are you a passionate sports educator with a love for football? We're looking for a qualified and committed Sports Lecturer who can deliver engaging, high-quality lessons and help shape the future of young athletes — both in the classroom and on the pitch.

Your primary responsibility will be teaching NCFE Level 3 Sport qualifications as part of Juniper Training’s full-time further education programme in partnership with Crewe Alexander FC.

You’ll play a key role in helping learners gain recognised qualifications, improve their academic skills, and progress into higher education, apprenticeships, or employment in the sports sector.

🔍 About the Role:

• Part Time (20 Hours) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | Term time only


• Classroom delivery of NCFE Level 3 Sport qualifications


• Creating lesson plans, marking, assessing and tracking learner progress


• Supporting learners with English & maths (GCSE or Functional Skills)


• Building a positive, inclusive, and professional learning culture


• Supporting learners' personal development, behaviour and attitudes

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Teaching experience in a college, school, or training provider setting


• A solid understanding of sport education and curriculum delivery


• A degree-level qualification in Sport or a related subject (essential)


• Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (or willing to work towards)


• QTLS and/or PGCE (desirable but not essential)


• A learner-focused approach with excellent communication and planning skills


• A passion for helping young people grow both academically and personally
