Part time Account Manager No targets

Your daily duties will be to:

• Connect with existing customers through engaging check-in calls twice a year. Show them you care and are here to help!
• Provide insightful demonstrations that showcase the value of our clients services.
• Assist customers with their ledgers and invoices in the initial months to foster strong relationships.
• Transition into a full loyalty role after two months, becoming a key point of contact for our valued customers.

Location: Ashford, Kent

The Team: Work alongside friendly colleagues in customer service and editorial departments, fostering collaboration and camaraderie.

Hours: 21 flexible hours per week, ideally spread over 3 or 4 days (Monday to Thursday).

Salary: £14 per hour x 21 hours a week = £15,288

Hybrid: After training, you'll work in the office from Tuesday to Thursday and remotely on Mondays.

You'll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:

• Account Management or Customer service experience
• A Customer centric attitude, with excellent rapport-building skills
• A desire to truly care about customers, retaining and nurturing accounts (No targets will be set)
