Part-Time Accounts Manager - Opportunity to grow to Directorship

Are you an experienced, fully qualified ACCA professional looking for a flexible, part-time role where your skills will truly make a difference? Great! My client are a fast-growing accountancy and tax advisory practice seeking an exceptional Accounts Manager to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the primary contact for clients, offering expert accountancy and tax advice
• Producing management accounts, year-end accounts, VAT returns, and reconciliations
• Supporting the preparation and submission of tax returns (individual and corporate)
• Building strong client relationships through meetings, calls, and emails
• Providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic advice
• Helping guide and train an Accounts Senior
• Liaising with HMRC and Companies House to resolve queries
• Writing professional correspondence aligned with our brand tone
• Playing a key role in shaping our internal processes and team growth

What We’re Looking For:

• ACCA qualified (essential)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in practice
• Strong grasp of corporation and personal tax
• Proficient in CCH, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and advanced Excel
• Confident communicator, well-organised, and detail-focused
• A team player who’s equally happy working independently
• Full UK driving licence required
