Part-Time Accountant (3–4 days per week)
Retail/Ecommerce Industry | Hybrid or Remote Working Options

We’re working with a growing and dynamic Retail/Ecommerce business that’s looking for a confident and proactive Part-Time Accountant to support the day-to-day finance operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on role and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day bookkeeping duties, including posting invoices and bank transactions
Preparing accounts up to trial balance
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
Supporting with VAT returns and liaising with external accountants
Month-end processes including journals, accruals, and prepayments
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting with reporting where needed

Key Skills:

Previous experience in a similar accounting role, ideally within Ecommerce or a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficient with accounting software
Strong Excel skills
AAT qualified or QBE
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a changing environment
