Job Description - Part time Accounts Assistant

Reed Accountancy and currently partnered with a local Thatcham business seeking temporary support for 15 to 25 hours per week supporting the Finance Manager with all transactional duties.

  • Process invoices
  • Processing receipts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate and organised electronic and paper-based financial documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, summaries and information for Committees and audits.
  • Support with preparation of documents for year-end audit.
  • Monitor purchase orders and track supplier payments.



This role is due to start w/c 19th May and would be up to 4 weeks, therefore please only apply if you are immediately available.
