Job Description - Part Time Accounts Assistant

Part-Time Accounts Assistant – Film & TV Industry
West London | 3 days per week | 3-month contract

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in the creative world of Film & TV? We're looking for someone hands-on and detail-focused to support our finance team for an initial 3-month contract, working 3 days a week.

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, down-to-earth team in a dynamic industry environment.

Key responsibilities:

Updating bank statements and reconciling accounts
Sending invoices and chasing purchase orders
Handling customer queries via phone and email
Credit control: sending statements and chasing overdue payments
Taking credit card payments
Completing and distributing the daily revenue reconciliation
Posting supplier invoices
Scanning and filing invoices

Key skills:

A basic understanding of debits, credits and accounting principles
Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation)
Experience within the Film & TV industry
Familiarity with Sage50
High attention to detail and professionalism with sensitive data
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
