Description

• Manage the processing of invoices and credit notes.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Deal with supplier queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process payment runs and ad-hoc payments as required.
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting.
• Maintain the filing system for all accounts payable documentation.
• Assist in the development of accounts payable procedures and policies.
• Contribute to the wider finance team and company goals.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

• A strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
