The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for:

• Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
• Processing of expense forms and requests for payments
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
• Protecting the organisation's value by keeping information confidential
• Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Profile

The successful candidate should have relevant Accounts Payable experience and be a team player.
