Job Description - Part Time Accounts Receivable Assistant

Part-time Accounts Receivable Assistant

£30k - £40k (pro-rata to 25 hours a week)

2 to 3 days in the office (depending how you wish to do your hours).

  • Management of the AR function (seperate to the credit control team)
  • Cash allocation
  • Reconciliation of cash posting
  • Resolve any discrepancies
  • Uploading daily invoices and credit notes
  • Update customer credit limits
  • Reallocate unreconciled cash
