Description

Part Time Accounts Receivable Specialist responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle payments and allocate funds to the correct accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date records of receivables and account statuses.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing queries promptly.
• Prepare regular financial reports related to accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth processes.
• Monitor aged debt and work collaboratively with third parties to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with month-end closing activities as required.
• Support audits by providing accurate documentation when needed.

Profile

A successful Part Time Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:

• Experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
