Job Description - Part Time Administrative Support Officer

Temporary Administrative Support Officer (Part-Time, with flexibility around hours)
Location: Norwich
Contract: Temporary ongoing

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented administrator? This is a fantastic part-time role ideally for someone with strong admin and IT skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities:

Provide administrative support across various departments
Accurately update and maintain internal data systems
Support with general office tasks and documentation
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
Assist with CRM management and reporting tasks

Role requirements;

Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Confidence in working with databases and digital systems
Experience using a CRM is highly desirable – knowledge of Raiser’s Edge would be a bonus
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
