Part Time Administrator

We’re a busy and friendly building merchants based in Edinburgh, and we’re looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our team.

The Role:
  • 20 hours per week – 4 hours per day
  • You choose your own working hours (Mon–Fri)
  • General admin support including data entry, handling phone/email enquiries, and keeping things running smoothly
  • £12.50 per hour
  • Office based in Edinburgh EH14
  • Starting ASAP

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous admin experience preferred
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, spreadsheets etc.)
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
