Opportunity:

• Diary Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendar conflicts.
• Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to emails, flag priority messages, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• General Admin Support: Including document preparation, data entry, file organisation, and other administrative duties as needed.

Personal Profile:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in administration.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
