Part-time Administrator

Administrator required for a Dundee based not for profit organisation for 3 days per week to support a small team.

Onsite parking is available

Hours: 9 - 5, 3 days per week

Pay rate: £12.50 - £13.50

Contract type: Temporary to permanent opportunity

You'll support with:

• HR, recruitment and on-boarding administration
• Expense administration
• Updating the internal system
• Document management
• Customer service, providing first point of contact for staff and customers

Who we are looking for:

• Experience handling sensitive data
• High attention to detail
• Good team player
• MS Office experience
