Part Time - Temporary Administrator - Part Time
Location: Sheffield - S5
Hours: Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Contract: Temporary – ongoing with the potential to go perm
Elevation Business Support are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients team on a temporary to perm basis. This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience and a solid working knowledge of how to follow processes and document important information.
Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team
Follow processes to ensure documents are up to date and filed correctly
Assist with audits, compliance, and quality-related tasks
Manage correspondence, filing, and data entry
Support project coordination and process tracking
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (School-friendly hours)
Office-based role (Remote/hybrid options can be discussed, if applicable)
