We're looking for a proactive and reliable Part-Time Financial Administrator to join our team in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial data and is committed to maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing customer repayment processes
Administering the Direct Debit service, including setting up and amending payments
Setting up and updating loan repayment instalments
Supporting the collections team with adjustments to repayment profiles
Communicating with customers via SMS and email
Keeping accurate records of all customer contact and repayment agreements
Escalating any repayment discrepancies for timely resolution
What you'll need:
A keen eye for detail - essential for financial accuracy and clear communication
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using digital systems and financial software (training provided)
