Part time Bookkeeper

A well-established company based in Sunbury are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper.

This is a permanent part time position with onsite parking. 3 full days per week

Responsibilities will include:

• Payroll
• Balancing bank accounts through online banking.
• Purchase ledger
• Invoicing customers
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Credits/refunds
• Paying suppliers
• Chasing payment / putting customers’ accounts on hold
• Digital Tax
• HMRC
• Reclaiming import VAT
• Pensions (NEST)
• P60/P45 generation
• Employee Holidays
• Sending figures and information to our Accounting Company
• Filing in a professional manner
• Strong computer skills, excel, word, outlook
• Must be fluent in English, spoken and written
