Job Description - Part Time Bookkeeper

Reed recruitment are currently working with a client who is looking for a bookkeeper on a part time temporary basis. The right candidate will be a self starter with previous experience and must have experience with Quickbooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferrable Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have):

  • Experience with VAT returns
  • Familiarity with other accounting software or Excel
