1pm - 6pm (25 hours)

£16,600 per annum

Office Angels are recruiting for a Building Host for a corporate office space in Manchester City Centre. Please note this is a permanent role and will therefore not be suitable for students.

Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Allocating visitor passes
• Liaising with tenants
• Dealing with post and deliveries
• Arranging extra services such as taxis
• Dealing with any facilities issues
• Ensuring reception area is kept clean and tidy
• Updating internal systems
• Assisting with building checks
• Dealing with contractors, cleaners etc…
• Assisting other members of the team if required

We are looking for candidates with:

• Ideally experience in front of house within a corporate office
• Fantastic communication skills - this role will involve speaking to a wide range of people and any applicants must have an excellent telephone manner as well as face to face communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Initiative and ability to prioritise
• A flexible attitude
• Presentable manner
