Part Time Caretaker

Part-Time Caretaker (24 hrs/week)
Location: Richmond, (London)
Salary: Up to £17,000 (dependent on experience)
Schedule: 3 days a week - Mondays, Thursdays, and either Tuesdays or Wednesdays (8 hours/day)

A well-run residential development in Richmond is looking for a reliable, hands-on Caretaker to join the on-site team. If you take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Keep communal and outdoor areas clean and presentable
• Move bins, jet wash, litter pick and deep clean as needed
• Carry out light maintenance tasks (training provided)
• Assist with routine checks - fire alarms, water flushing, safety tests
• Work closely with residents, contractors and site staff
