Part-time Caretaker

Part-Time Caretaker - 24 hrs/week (Fulham, SW6)
Salary: Up to £20,000 (DOE)
Schedule: 3 days a week - Mondays, Thursdays & likely Tuesdays (8 hrs/day)

• Keeping communal and outdoor areas clean, tidy, and inviting

• Moving bins, litter picking, jet washing, and occasional deep cleans

• Helping with light maintenance (full training provided)

• Carrying out important checks - fire alarms, water flushing, safety tests

• Working closely with residents, contractors, and colleagues to keep everything running smoothly

• Practical, dependable and hands-on

• A team player who can also work independently
