Hours 20 - Monday to Friday - 2pm - 6pm - 52 weeks a year

About the Role:

Join our team in Cornwall as a Multi-Site Maintenance Staff/Caretaker! You'll be responsible for keeping our sites in top shape, handling everything from carpentry and plumbing to painting and decorating. This is a great opportunity to use your skills and gain new ones in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• General building maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Ensuring health & safety compliance
• Managing resources and stock levels
• Using IT systems for communication and record-keeping
• Overseeing contractors and ensuring site security

• Experience in building maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to health & safety and safeguarding
