We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to work at Shipley Country Park in Heanor (DE75). This role is covering a vacant position and offers stable, long -term work through to August 2026.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
  
• 14:24 – 16:30
  
• 10.5 hours per week
  
• Immediate start available
  
• Ongoing until 31 August 2026
  

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across the site, including:

• Public and facility areas
  
• Toilets and washrooms
  
• General cleaning duties (mopping, wiping, bin emptying)
  
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for visitors
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
  
• Reliable and able to commit to all shifts
  
• Good attention to detail
  
• Able to work independently
  

Compliance Requirements

• Enhanced DBS (with barred list) is required
  • Ideally on the Update Service
    
• Right to work in the UK
  
• 3 years’ references
