Cail Bruich – Cleaner/Commis Waiter – Variable Hours

About the Role

At Cail Bruich, our main mission is to bring great experiences to all of our customers and we are looking for people who are just as passionate about doing this as we are.

As our resident cleaner, you’ll be responsible for ensuring high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant as well as assisting the front of house team with basic preperation tasks such as polishing cutlery & crockery, ironing linen & general set up jobs.

Working week will be Tuesday-Saturday & will consist of early mornings & afternoons. Ideally suited to someone who requires evenings off.

• £11.44 PH 
• 20 hour contract

Cail Bruich is a relaxed 32-cover fine dining restaurant with 1 star in the Michelin Guide, located in the heart of Glasgow’s West End, serving some of the best produce from the UK and beyond.

We're looking for an excellent cleaner to join our first-class team.

About You

Having experience in a busy environment would be great but if you don’t – we can show you the ropes!  You will have a positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
