Part -Time Cleaning Operative – Durham (Rainton Bridge)

£12.21 per hour | 10 hours per week | Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join a key site in Durham (Rainton Bridge). This is a part -time role offering consistent hours with the opportunity to go permanent.

Shift Details

• 10 hours per week
  
• 2 hours per day
  
• Flexible working between 08:00 – 18:00
  
• Monday to Sunday (rota basis)
  

Duties Will Include

• Cleaning warehouse and industrial areas
  
• Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and breakout areas
  
• Kitchen and washroom cleaning
  
• Moving light equipment, stock and pallets
  
• General site cleaning to a high standard
  

Requirements

• Physically fit (manual role within a warehouse environment)
  
• Reliable, professional and well -presented
  
• Good attention to detail
  
• Able to work around senior management areas
  

Site & Compliance Requirements

• Must bring valid photo ID on first day
  
• Must complete pre -site training before starting:
  • COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
    
  • BICSc modules (Colour Coding, Hand Hygiene, Chemical Safety, PPE)
    

Uniform Requirements

• Safety footwear
  
• Hi -vis vest
  
• Black top and black trousers
