Description

The Part Time Commercial Contracts Manager will hold the following responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and agreements
• These could include; statements of work, service level agreements, tender frameworks, supplier contracts etc
• Assist with Data Protection and GDPR compliance procedures
• Provide legal advice and support across various departments within the business.
• Assist in managing legal risks and resolving disputes effectively.
• Support the implementation of company policies and procedures from a legal perspective.
• Communicate with external legal advisers and other stakeholders as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the wider legal team to deliver high-quality legal services.

Profile

The Part Time Commercial Contracts Manager should have the following skills and experience:
