Location: Windsor

Salary: £20,800 per annum / £12.50 per hour (overtime available)

Hours/Days: Minimum 32 hours per week - Saturday, Sunday and Monday - plus plenty of paid overtime!

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests

• Managing mailroom and deliveries - prompt notifications and seamless handling

• Coordinating with contractors and service providers

• Handling building access and basic security

• Responding to resident requests efficiently and courteously

• Supporting the team in maintaining high standards across communal spaces, including an on-site spa and restaurant

What We're Looking For

• Hospitality or concierge experience (hotel/residential preferred)

• A track record of delivering 5* service

• Professional, calm, and confident - even under pressure

• Organised and proactive - you spot ways to go the extra mile!

• Familiar with handling deliveries, contractors, and resident queries
