Part Time Concierge

Part-Time - Caretaker (24 hrs/week)
Location: Fulham, SW6 (London)
Salary: Up to £20,000 (dependent on experience)
Schedule: 3 days a week - Mondays, Thursdays, and likely Tuesdays (8 hours/day)

A well-run residential development in Fulham is looking for a reliable, hands-on Caretaker to join the on-site team. If you take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Keep communal and outdoor areas clean and presentable
• Move bins, jet wash, litter pick and deep clean as needed
• Carry out light maintenance tasks (training provided)
• Assist with routine checks - fire alarms, water flushing, safety tests
• Work closely with residents, contractors and site staff

• Practical, dependable and take pride in your work
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Willing to learn and follow health and safety procedures
