An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Conveyancer to join a leading law firm on a permanent basis. Joining their growing residential property team on a part-time basis, the role has arisen due to expansion. This role is ideal for a senior-level conveyancer seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact—both on complex files and within a developing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a complex caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, with minimal supervision.
Provide technical support and oversight on complex transactions.
Mentor and train junior conveyancing paralegals, providing practical guidance, quality assurance, and support on best practices.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure exceptional client service and case progression.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.

To be considered for this role, you will be:

A qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong technical background in residential conveyancing.
Demonstrable experience managing high-value or technically complex files.
A confident communicator with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
Meticulous attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
Comfortable working independently with excellent time management.
