Part-Time Conveyancing Solicitor (3 or 4 Days per Week)

Salary: £38-40K for 3 days

About the Role:
SJC Partners are proud to be working with a long-established and highly regarded law firm in Bradford who are looking to appoint a Part-Time Conveyancing Solicitor to handle a more complex and high-value caseload.

This is an ideal opportunity for a senior solicitor seeking flexibility while continuing to work on interesting and challenging matters.

Working 3 or 4 days per week, with hybrid working options available, you’ll be joining a close-knit, professional team where your experience and insight will also be used to help mentor and develop junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a complex caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including high-value and non-standard matters
• Advise clients on more technical aspects of conveyancing including leasehold issues, shared ownership, and new builds
• Ensure all matters are handled with accuracy, professionalism and in line with all regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance, support and mentoring to junior conveyancers and legal assistants
• Assist in developing internal best practices and contributing to the training programme

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Demonstrable experience managing complex and high-value transactions independently
• Strong problem-solving, technical and client-facing skills
• Ability to mentor, supervise and develop junior team members
• Organised, proactive and confident in a collaborative team environment
