Type: Part-Time – 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail to play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Chasing outstanding payments

* Managing and maintaining customer accounts

* Allocating payments and reconciling accounts

* Resolving invoice and payment queries

* Monitoring overdue accounts and credit limits

* Producing aged debt reports

* Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Skills and Attributes

* Previous experience in retail credit control.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail

* Confident using Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
