Job Description - Part-Time Customer Service Administrator

Part-Time Customer Service Administrator

15 Hours Per Week (2 full days)

12 Month Contract (Maternity Cover)

Newport Pagnell

£23,400 pro rata

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, friendly team environment? Our client, a well-established and growing business, is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Part-Time Customer Service Administrator to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive company that values commitment, quality, and personal development.

Your duties as a Part-Time Customer Service Administrator will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting valued customers via email, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Managing customer queries with professionalism and care.
  • Processing weekly back-order reports and meeting supplier deadlines.
  • Administering company campaigns, including order processing and stock monitoring.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments as needed.
  • Accurately recording data across various systems.
  • Going above and beyond to exceed internal and external stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensuring all fulfilment tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

To be a successful Part-Time Customer Service Administrator you will need to have:

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • A proactive, ‘can do’ attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using various databases and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
