Description

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
• Work closely with the team to meet and exceed customer service targets
• Ensure customer records are accurately maintained
• Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Contribute to team meetings and training sessions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Profile

A successful Part Time Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
• High level of attention to detail
• Sales Ordering Processing experience.
• Office environment customer service experience.
• Experience within the Food Ingredients/Food Service Distribution sector.
• May suit someone with call center experience
