Part Time Customer Service Representative

Sanderson are recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative! Within this role, you will be joining a people-driven business, handling calls to and from customers about their financial plans. This role requires someone who can communicate clearly, understand customer needs, and explain financial information in a concise manner.

Experience required:

• Proven experience within a customer facing environment, preferably within the financial services industry however other regulated environments will be considered.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• An ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment, you will need to be solving problems rather than following a script.

• Confident in your ability to make complex information easy to understand, whilst adhering to regulations.

• Comfortable working with numbers and data, with great attention to detail.
