Job Opportunity: Part-Time Family Solicitor – Glasgow

Overview: We are currently seeking a part-time Family Solicitor to join a prestigious law firm's growing team. This role involves handling a wide range of family law matters, including separation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, litigation and child law issues.

Role Requirements:

Experience: 

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in family law
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Confidence in working independently and running own caseload
• Willingness to collaborate on larger or more complex cases
• Contribution to the financial success of the team and firm by meeting targets and supporting business development and marketing strategies

Skills:

• Strong advocacy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in dispute resolution methods
