Part-Time Finance Director – Property Development & Construction

Are you a commercially astute, qualified Finance Director with experience in property development or construction? We’re hiring the first Finance Director for a fast-growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the financial future of a company entering its next phase of growth.

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the senior management team, you will take full ownership of the finance function offering both strategic influence and day-to-day control of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of financial management, reporting, and compliance

• Develop and implement a robust financial strategy aligned with company growth plans

• Manage forecasting, budgeting and cash flow planning

• Oversee profit & loss, tax planning and statutory requirements

• Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations

• Deliver insightful analysis to support commercial decision-making

About You:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

• Proven experience as Finance Director or equivalent in a property development or construction environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to influence business strategy

This would be an ideal opportunity for a fractional FD to add to their existing portfolio. Property / Construction experience essential.
