We are seeking a Part-time Finance Assistant to support the Accounting & Finance department within the FMCG industry. This temporary role in Neston/Wirral requires excellent organisational skills and an ability to assist with financial processes effectively.

Description

• Assist with processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
• Support the team with data entry and maintaining financial records.
• Prepare and update financial spreadsheets for reporting purposes.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and other transactional tasks.
• Purchase Ledger duties.
• Respond to queries related to finance in a timely manner.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheets.
