??? Contract Details:

Position: Part-Time Finance Assistant (3 days a week, 8.30am-4.30pm)

Contract Type: Temporary (one month)

Hourly Rate: £17.95+!!

Start Date: End of April

Location: Farringdon

? What You'll Do:

As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our financial records and ensuring timely payments. Your tasks will include:

• Performing bank reconciliations to keep accounts accurate and up-to-date.
• Raising invoices.
• Managing purchase ledgers and sales ledgers with precision.
• Collaborating with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Utilising Excel to track payments and maintain financial reports.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to encourage prompt payment.

?? What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Strong experience in bank reconciliations and ledger management.
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial software and standard account packages.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with Access Dimensions and Monday.com desirable but NOT essential!
